Refund policy

At Misu Roses, we take great pride in delivering beautiful, fresh floral arrangements and outstanding customer service. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, please read our refund and return policy below.

Change of Mind

Due to the perishable nature of flowers, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind. However, if you have placed an order in advance and need to cancel or make changes, please contact us at least 24 hours before the delivery date and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

Damaged or Unsatisfactory Flowers

If the flowers you received are:

  • Damaged

  • Wilted upon arrival

  • Not what you ordered (e.g. wrong product or size)

Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. You will need to provide:

  • A clear photo of the product

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

If the claim is valid, we will offer:

  • A replacement arrangement, or

  • A refund to your original payment method, or

  • A store credit (based on your preference)

Non-Delivery or Delivery Issues

If your flowers were not delivered due to an error on our end, we will offer:

  • A full refund, or

  • A redelivery at no additional cost

If delivery was not possible due to incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, we cannot guarantee a refund or redelivery, but we will assess each case individually.
