We accept both cash and card payments for your convenience.
We take great care with every order, but if your flowers arrive damaged or not fresh, we’ll replace them with a new bouquet. If that’s not possible, you’ll receive a 100% refund.
Our flowers usually last at least a week. With fresh water and a quick trim of the stems, they can stay beautiful even longer!
If your flowers arrive damaged on the delivery date, we will gladly exchange them for a new arrangement. Please send message the damaged flower photo to us before we process an exchange or refund. If an exchange is not possible, you will receive a full refund.
Yes you can add wishes with the flowers. We will print it out beautifully on a greeting card
